Responsibilities

Coordinate with SSV for adjusting operation parameter to meet daily target operation.

Address alarms, deviations and emergency conditions and take corrective action to maintain safe and reliable operations.

Collaborate with SSV, field operator and maintenance for any activities on the field.

Document operational data, production rates, equipment performance, and any incidents or deviations from normal operations in logbooks (Board operator check list).

Participate in process optimisation and efficiency improvement projects, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance plant performance.

Backup during breaks or periods when other operators are not available.

Monitor, operate and adjust parameters on DCS to meet target operation by following SOPs for assigned areas.

Monitor lab results and adjust parameters accordingly.

Monitor CCTV for salt storage area and coordinate with field operator and salt storage worker.

Monitor electrolyzer, hydrogen compressor, refrigerant compressor, etc. on HMI.

Qualifications

Minimum D3 majoring in Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years working experience as Board/DCS Operator.

Experience in a Chlor Alkali plant is preferred.

Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.

Good English skills both spoken & written.

Willing to work as per shift schedule.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (CAA)
