Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Treasury function, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions Collaborate with various teams within the bank to provide support and resolve operational issues Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to management Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive organizational objectives

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, and trade finance Proficient in using financial systems and data analysis tools Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
