Requirements Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience Proficient in written and spoken English Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility Good logical and analytical thinking skills Professional and presentable appearance

Responsibilities Source and coordinate with vendors to support marketing and project needs in accordance with company SOP Monitor and control vendors delivery of goods and services Coordinate with engineering and project teams to support project execution Manage and analyze operational data, including inventory reports Prepare cost control reports for the Operations Manager Monitor project status and coordinate with relevant teams for billing and invoicing
