Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cikarang and Tangerang with the flexibility to work from home on select occasions. As a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their needs, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, delivering product or service training to clients, and assisting in the management and optimization of sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs Proven skills in Sales and achieving targets Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and support others Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
