Assistant Retail Manager

Responsibilities Supervise the operations of the PT Surya Bumi Retailindo store network.

Ensure the store achieves sales targets and development/training metrics.

Ensure the execution of marketing, advertising, and visual merchandising according to company guidelines.

Train staff on how to encourage sales through product knowledge and service standards according to company standards.

Ensure staff compliance according to rules, procedures and report to senior management.

Maintain inventory levels and P&L of supervised stores.
