Skool Community Manager
Schedule:
Full-time & Remote, 40 hours per week (US Business Time - EST)
Compensation:
$2,000 USD monthly rate

Position Overview:
The company runs high-energy webinars, interactive live sessions, and an active Skool-based community where members receive guidance, training, and support. We are seeking a
Skool Community Manager
to manage, nurture, and energize the company’s Skool (or similar) online community while fully owning the execution and moderation of live webinars and Zoom sessions. The ideal candidate is comfortable being visible, hosting or co-hosting webinars, interacting live with large audiences, and maintaining an engaging online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
Regularly post and interact within the Skool platform to keep the community active, \"awake,\" and participating in discussions.
Rapid Response:
Monitor all community posts, comments, and questions, providing helpful and high-energy replies in less than 3 minutes.
Webinar & Event Management:
Own the entire webinar flow, including promotion, live moderation, managing Zoom chats, and co-hosting office hours.
Live Interaction:
Act as the on-call community host during live events, managing Q&A sessions and implementing gamification elements (e.g., \"spin the wheel\" prizes).
Content Creation:
Record Loom videos to answer common questions and guide members through company processes or products.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Quickly learn the company’s products (Business Funding and Credit Repair) to confidently answer technical questions using provided SOPs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the COO and founders to align community tone and strategy with the overall brand vision.
Respond to member questions within
3 minutes or less .
Maintain a high-energy, upbeat, and engaging tone aligned with leadership.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proven experience
leading and managing an online community (Skool preferred, but Facebook Groups, Discord, Whop, WhatsApp communities, are also allowed).
Fluent English (minimal accent required)
High-Energy presence, High professionalism and confidence communicating with U.S. clients during long sessions
Experience hosting, moderating, or being visible in live Zoom/webinar environments.
Comfortable using video tools like Loom.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work regular evening hours for webinars (typically Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with the
Skool
platform
Background in coaching, education, or online marketing communities.
Interest or experience in
Business Funding or Credit Repair .
Experience with gamification tactics to drive audience participation.
Webinar Schedule Expectations:
Typically Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Usually begin at 7:00 PM Eastern.
Expected to stay through approximately 8:30–9:00 PM Eastern.
Evening overtime is expected on webinar days.

Compensation:
$2,000 USD per month.
