Production Staff

Overview Carry out governance for the manufacture of finished products in the mixing/filling & packing area, covering all aspects of work—safety, quality, and cost—in accordance with company targets and policies.

Responsibilities

Execute mixing/filling and packing operations per production planning and meet targeted production realization.

Supervise the final product to ensure it aligns with the quality standards and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Conduct periodic reviews of waste performance, overtime, production realization, work safety, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the production department and specifically the mixing department.

Implement company policies such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, etc.

Analyze problems or gaps in the production process, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with other departments when necessary.

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Fresh graduate or 2 years of work experience in FMCG production.

Honest, with strong interpersonal skills and able to perform well under pressure.

Enthusiastic about field work, capable of working both in teams and independently, and physically and mentally fit.

Schedule

Willing to work in a 3‑shift system:

Monday–Friday

Shift 1: 6 am–2 pm

Shift 2: 2 pm–10 pm

Shift 3: 10 pm–6 am

Saturday

Shift 1: 6 am–11 am

Shift 2: 11 am–4 pm

Shift 3: 4 pm–9 pm

Location Work Placement: Gresik, East Java.
