PT.Elecmetal Longteng Indonesia is seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and solutions to our organisation. This is a full‑time position based in Kabupaten Batang, Central Java, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. What you'll be doing

Providing first‑line IT support and troubleshooting for end‑users, resolving hardware and software‑related issues. Administering and maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. Implementing and configuring software applications to meet the organisation's needs. Monitoring system performance, identifying and addressing any potential problems. Assisting with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Providing training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and applications. Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement innovative technology solutions. What we're looking for

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience:

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, system administration, or network management. Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and common enterprise applications. Good knowledge in PHP programming language is a must. Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of IT security principles and tools (antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls). Understanding of backup solutions (e.g., Windows Backup). Soft Skills

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication (English and Bahasa) and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and work independently. What we offer
