Your Key Responsibilities To further improve stock availability in VLS Indonesia & Distribution Centre warehouse to support sales growth in VLS Indonesia To decide allocation of critical items between Intercompany & External customer order To handle and delivery of Intercompany orders from VLS ID Liaise and coordinate with sales to review local stock articles. Development and improvement of demand planning, forecasting and prognosis methodologies and best practices. Assemble and analyze all data relevant to create internal forecast (historical forecast, market trends, sales promotion, car parc etc)-Regularly monitor and follow up demand changes from sales/business. Initiate collaborative planning programs with strategic customer. Identify and implement improvements in planning policies, processes and procedures. Develop and implement corrective actions in case of deviations between actual sales order vs forecast. -Decide allocation of critical / missing items between Intercompany and External customer orders Support and handle Intercompany orders from Japan, Korea and Australia and liaise with customer forwarder for shipment arrangement. Responsible to review and plan yearly BPC upload for intercompany purchase plan for each supplier

Your Qualifications University degree, preferably in SCM/Logistic or Business Administration 3-5 years experience in planning especially in Demand planning Able to work independently and highly goal oriented. Team player, excelent communication skills and attention to detail. Familiar with sales and customer service processes. English, fluently spoken and written. Expert in MS Office (Excel/Access) SAP R/3 modules MM/SD
