we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities in the IT Outsourcing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and solution selling within the IT or HR services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities within the IT Outsourcing and recruitment market.

Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with clients to understand their hiring or outsourcing needs.

Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that align with client requirements.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company.

Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry discussions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development professional in IT Outsourcing, Headhunter, or HR Services.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing new business deals.

Strong network within the IT industry is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively with teams.
