SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant - 9 month contract - Up to €700pd

Next Ventures is partnering with a global client headquartered in Amsterdam seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant for a major transformation project. The role focuses on configuring and integrating SmartRecruiters within the existing HR landscape to streamline large-scale talent acquisition processes.

Role Overview

You’ll play a key role in the client’s migration from SuccessFactors RCM to Smart Recruiters, leading the functional configuration, data migration, testing and support. The initial contract runs for 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities Design, blueprint and configure Smart Recruiters for sourcing, screening, AI matching and interview management. Lead data mapping and process migration from SuccessFactors RCM. Build and maintain integrations using APIs or OData. Support UAT, training sessions and post-implementation hypercare.
