SCCM Engineer

YOUR NEW JOB As a Resident Engineer, you’ll manage endpoint and server patching, deploy updates, and support client IT environments onsite.

You will work closely with the client’s IT lead to ensure timely maintenance, platform upgrades, and seamless endpoint operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Deploy Windows patches and application updates via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and coordinate change requests through CAB.

Update endpoint images, provision laptops, and support tech refresh projects using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).

Troubleshoot and resolve client platform and endpoint issues, maintaining service levels.

Maintain accurate IT inventory and assist in client platform upgrades or implementations.

Support testing, documentation, and reporting for patching and endpoint activities.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

Strong hands‑on experience with MECM/SCCM and MDT.

Knowledge of IT operations, patch management, and endpoint support.

Ability to work onsite, perform overtime when required, and coordinate effectively with teams.

Good communication skills and client‑service mindset.

Team player with proactive problem‑solving skills.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

Prior experience in large‑scale IT environments or data centre operations.

Familiarity with endpoint lifecycle management and imaging best practices.

Experience supporting hybrid IT solutions or multi‑platform environments.
