Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade key accounts (e.g. supermarket, minimarket, pharmacy, specialty stores).
Achieve sales targets and business objectives for assigned accounts.
Plan and execute trade promotions, listing, and in-store activities with key accounts.
Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock availability, and product distribution.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth account operations.
Negotiate commercial terms, promotional support, and trading agreements.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analysis.
Ensure proper execution of display, visibility, and merchandising in stores.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma/Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as Key Account Executive in Modern Trade.
Strong understanding of Modern Trade channels and retail operations.
Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is a plus.
