Responsibilities

Develop short to long-term sales and customer growth strategies to drive clinic performance in your area.

Analyze clinic performance, identify underperformance gaps, and design targeted improvement strategies to ensure sustained area growth.

Study customer characteristics in each area and provide input for marketing and service strategies to increase active customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and evaluate clinic initiatives tailored to local customer needs.

Conduct regular reviews with Clinic Leaders to assess operational efficiency, service quality, and revenue, while spotting improvement opportunities.

Establish performance monitoring systems covering business metrics, customer satisfaction, and compliance to support accurate analysis and strategic planning.

Ensure effective and efficient budget utilization for clinic activities to maintain financial accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Pharmacist background preferred).

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Clinic, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Fashion & Skincare Retail.

Strong understanding of Clinical and Retail (Fashion & Skincare) industries.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Business Acumen, Product & Service Knowledge, Customer Service Management, Data Analysis, and Legal & Risk Management.
