Land Acquisition Specialist

Job Descriptions: Responsible for research and identify land acquisition opportunities Prepare and evaluate site feasibility based on zoning, environmental factors, and market conditions Initiate and manage negotiations with landowners, developers, and government authorities Responsible for the land acquisition process until the land certificate is completed Perform due diligence, including title searches, land use restrictions, and environmental impact assessments. Maintain accurate records of land transactions and agreements. Prepare reports on market trends, land availability, and project feasibility. Responsible for any issue and dispute of land acquisition

Job Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business, Law, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in related field Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools Being able to use arcgis or other mapping applications is an added value Ability to speak and write in English is a plus Willing to be placed in Morowali, Central Sulawesi Willing to travel
