About the Role The Digital Transformation Officer drives projects that modernize processes, digitize workflows, and support SCG’s innovation initiatives in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve operations through digital solutions. Support ERP, automation, and data-driven initiatives. Track digital project performance and adoption rates. Research emerging technologies for relevance to SCG’s operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering. 0–3 years in digital projects;

new graduates are welcome . Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping, or digital tools. Strong analytical and project coordination skills.
