Site Acquisition , you will lead our store expansion efforts by identifying high-potential locations, evaluating business feasibility, and building strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and partners. You will be responsible for turning opportunities into successful store openings, managing the end-to-end site acquisition process, and directly contributing to Blibli OMG’s growth across Indonesia. What We’ll Work on Together Identify, survey, and evaluate potential store locations based on business, market, and traffic analysis. Lead the end-to-end site acquisition process, from initial scouting to deal closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, agents, and strategic partners. Conduct feasibility studies, negotiate commercial terms, and prepare proposals for management review. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, and project teams) to ensure smooth store setup. Monitor market trends, competitor presence, and new development opportunities. Ensure all site acquisition activities align with brand standards, budget, and expansion strategy. Support timely store openings by managing multiple locations and priorities effectively.

Qualification Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition, channel development, business development, or related fields. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field. Experience in the retail gadget or mobile phone industry and/or experience with big brands is preferred. Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to assess location potential.
