Your ticket to success: Orchestrate Delivery

Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leads to turn product vision into a clear release plan. You own the execution, from managing the Jira board and sprint cadence to successful production launches.

Captain the Squad

Lead a cross-functional team of Developers, Designers, and QEs. You provide clarity and focus, remove distractions, and protect the team from unnecessary scope creep.

Stakeholder Navigation

Act as the bridge between delivery and stakeholders. You translate technical progress into clear, actionable updates and manage expectations before issues arise.

Continuous Evolution

You don’t just follow a process - you improve it. From daily rituals to Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and retrospectives, you identify friction and raise the bar on how we deliver.

In a previous life you have:

3-5 years’ experience

leading agile, cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments.

Regional Expertise:

Proven experience working in a remote-first setup across PH / ID / AU time zones.

Startup/Scale-up DNA:

A pragmatic mindset that favours progress over perfection, without sacrificing code quality or stability.

Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge,

applied thoughtfully rather than dogmatically.

Superior Communication:

The ability to articulate complex technical hurdles to non-technical and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Proven problem-solving ability,

breaking down complex systems into incremental, value-driven milestones.
