Job Description Responsibilities

Organize New Student Orientation and provide support for new students in campus life adaptation and learning and accessing campus facilities.

Conduct student development and enhancement program including seminar, pre-competition coaching and workshops for students in empowering students’ soft skills and technical skills.

Promote competition program and provide support for students who need financial and non-financial support from university.

Update the regular student achievement newsletter, posters, internal database and DIKTI student achievement portal, SIMKATMAWA.

Collaborate with faculty and external training vendor in delivering enhancement and professional program to students.

Organize the awarding event and system for students.

Collect and manage students’ non-academic data for Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI).

Document student events and maintain content for SAA’s social media.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any major with 1-3 years of experience in related field.

Experience in student development, administration, and implementing strategies for growth and improvement.

Experience in training and event management.

Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
