Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Manage end to end Retail Store recruitment process (all positions), including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Regional Managers to understand staffing needs and ensure that the recruitment process meets the store's requirements.
Oversee the complete onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and introduction to the work environment.
Work with Store Managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the store.
2. Coordination with Store Managers and Regional Managers:
Coordinate with Store Manager and Regional Managers to understand the staffing status of each store.
Provide support on employee-related issues to ensure that store staffing needs are effectively met.
Provide support in handling employee relations issues and potential conflicts.
Collaborate with the employee relations team to address problems and improve the work environment.
Manage the exit process, including documentation, exit interviews, and coordination with Store Managers to ensure a smooth departure.
Prepare exit reports for further analysis and process improvement.
3. Create and update Weekly Report and Monthly Report to HR Manager.
4. Other Tasks as arrange by HR Manager.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and human resources within a large-scale retail industry.
Fluency in English is required.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, professional ethics, and administrative skills.
Strong team spirit, cheerful personality, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Familiar with recruitment needs for opening new stores in various cities across Indonesia.
