Lead, Mentor, And Develop A Team Of Finance Professionals, Fostering A Collaborative And High-performance Work Environment. Oversee Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis To Support Business Decisions And Long-term Planning. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Big4 experience is preferred. Proven experience in financial reporting & management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
