Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Retail & Leasing Manager to oversee Retail & Leasing activities at NICE's Jakarta, Indonesia location. The Retail & Leasing Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing clients for 25 retail space at NICE, managing lease agreements, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with tenants. The role includes ensuring compliance with lease agreements, negotiating contracts, overseeing property management, and fostering resident or tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements

Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, assess market potential, and create strategic leasing plans

Experience in Retail Mall Management and Resident Retention, including addressing tenant needs and ensuring high satisfaction

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience in the MICE or event management industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for lease tracking and management

Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, and handle responsibilities in a dynamic environment
