Sales & Channel Development

Responsibilities: Drive sales growth through offline sales channels, including physical stores, consignment partners, retailers, communities, and curated brand events Identify, develop, and manage new offline sales channels to expand distribution and revenue Manage consignment sales end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, product placement, sales monitoring, and performance evaluation Build and maintain strong relationships with consignment partners, retailers, and other external sales channels Support and participate in curated brand events as a sales channel, including on-site selling and customer engagement Plan and execute in-store sales campaigns and activations to drive traffic and improve conversion at the physical store Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential buyers to close sales opportunities Monitor sales performance per channel and provide insights to support business decisions Collaborate with internal teams to align product focus, pricing, and inventory allocation Gather customer feedback and market insights from offline channels to improve sales approach and product positioning Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth

Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in offline sales, retail sales, consignment, or channel development Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging with customers and partners in offline environments (stores, events, pop-ups) Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales initiatives and accounts Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required for store activations or events Self-motivated, independent, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
