Custom Clearance Specialist Education Major:

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Logistics Management.

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience.

Language Skills:

Intermediate English proficiency; Chinese not required.

Job Responsibilities

Regulatory Reporting:

Complete BOI (Board of Investment) and bonded warehouse material reporting.

Document Verification:

Review import and export documents to ensure all declared content is accurate, standardized, and compliant.

Clearance Management:

Follow up on customs clearance progress, manage tax invoices, complete tax payment applications, and handle inspections or anomalies.

Account Registration:

Maintain timely registration of import and export material accounts and provide mandatory reports to customs and the BOI.

Bonded Operations:

Oversee customs clearance for bonded exports, settle bonded accounts, and supervise tax‑exempt goods.

Business Specialist Education Major:

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Logistics Management.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Reconciliation:

Responsible for supplier account reconciliation, verifying payment applications, and handling procurement anomalies.

Invoice Management:

Oversee the receipt, scanning, accounting, and registration of all invoices within the procurement department.

Account Maintenance:

Assist in cleaning and promoting long‑term accounts receivable for the procurement department.

Liaison Duties:

Forward inquiries from suppliers to the Finance Department for official confirmation and replies.

System Optimization:

Participate in providing suggestions to optimize and improve payment‑related systems.

Logistics Support:

Assist the purchasing department with customs declarations and the transportation of imported materials.
