About The Role This person is responsible for supporting the consumer growth team to transform complex data into actionable insights. Working closely with product, data science, and product growth teams, the analyst helps build scalable dashboards and explores data analysis to gain new insights and opportunities. The role drives data‑driven decision making by transforming complex data into actionable insights to support business growth and product optimization.

Job Description

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.

Build and maintain predictive models and experiments (A/B testing).

Define and monitor key metrics to measure product and business performance.

Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to translate insights into actions.

Proficient in data analysis tools and programming (Python/SQL) and statistical methods.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, computer science or related fields.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analytics.

Proven track record in analyzing data and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI).

Other Requirements:

Strong adaptability to work in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders.

Willingness to travel and collaborate with regional teams as needed.

Key Skills

Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills to uncover insights and drive informed decision‑making.

Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure stakeholders adhere to plans and timelines.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Ability to build relationships and connect the dots across divisions to foster teamwork and mutual understanding.
