Technical Manager

Responsibilities : Ensure effective customer visit planning and implementation Oversee application development and technical service reports Supervise laboratory testing and asset maintenance in accordance with standards Investigate product issues, evaluate feedback, and ensure cost efficiency Maintain strong customer relationships and provide appropriate technical solutions Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and operational efficiency Manage team development, coaching, succession planning, and performance evaluation Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management systems Support overall company performance and objective

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/process industry, with exposure to operational leadership Proven track record in leading teams, driving performance, and achieving operational targets Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges Solid understanding of process optimization, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting Good command of English, both written and spoken Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java
