At least 5 years of experience in related working Good knowledge of Manufacturing Processes Familiar with capacity planning Able to work with team and or customers Having good communication, management & organizational skill with strong analytical & comprehensive problem solving thinking Fluent in English both oral and written is a must Willing to be placed at Madiun, East Java Manage the production to achieve production target order comply with efficiency and quality Manage Supply Chain needs, validate production capacity and planning, and manage the full range of product that is designated to each facility. Review production process periodically for further improvement Propose solutions to address performance issues in a timely and effective manner Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices How many years' experience do you have as a Factory Manager?
