Job Description
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Develop tailored PV system solutions (including component selection, energy storage configuration, inverter matching, and smart monitoring) based on the geographical climate, grid standards, policy regulations, and customer requirements of different countries/regions.
2. Provide comprehensive solutions spanning technical feasibility analysis to economic evaluation for large-scale ground-mounted power stations, commercial/industrial distributed PV, and residential PV projects. Regularly produce regional market technical trend reports.
3. Prepare high-standard technical white papers, bid documents, and client presentation materials to clearly convey system value (e.g., carbon reduction metrics, investment payback periods).
4. Oversee end-to-end technical guidance for projects, including site surveys, construction drawing reviews, installation/commissioning support, and grid connection acceptance. Ensure delivery quality and adherence to timelines while establishing localized technical issue case libraries.
5. Develop localized technical team capability models through technical training and regular project retrospectives to enhance regional autonomy in problem response and resolution efficiency.
II. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in photovoltaic engineering, electrical engineering, power systems, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in PV component development/selection, inverter integration, energy storage system design, or similar technical support roles. Candidates with full project lifecycle experience (pre-sales to after-sales) are preferred.
3. Familiarity with overseas PV market policies (e.g., Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East) and proven experience in end-to-end project management for ground-mounted, distributed, or residential PV systems.
4. In-depth understanding of PV technology principles, industry standards (e.g., IEC, TÜV), and market applications. Knowledge of cutting-edge architectures such as microgrids and virtual power plants (VPPs) is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), capable of working in English as the primary language. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., German, French, Arabic) is a plus.
6. Currently residing in target markets (Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East) with long-term plans for localized work and living arrangements.
