Human Resource Junior

Zettabyte is a software development company that focuses on the education sector. We work together with our multicultural team from our offices in Singapore, Bali, Yogyakarta, Paris, and Madagascar to create and produce tools that increase the quality of life for anyone who is involved in the education sector.

Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Junior to support our HR team in daily operations. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to grow in the technology industry. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, organized, proactive, and able to handle administrative as well as people-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding).

Maintain and update employee data and HR documents.

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy.

Support the performance appraisal process and KPI documentation.

Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.

Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.

Prepare simple HR reports and maintain HR metrics.Bridge communication between employees and management when needed.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Good command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Placement in Yogyakarta.

Willing to attend an initial training program for 2–3 months in Bali before official placement in Yogyakarta.

High level of professionalism and willingness to learn.
