How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success? As the Area Facility Manager based in Cikarang, your primary role is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of both production sites and the associated gas pipeline networks. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence by closely aligning production output with asset reliability. This involves leading and managing a cross-functional team, including Production Operators and Maintenance Technicians.

Champion a \"Safety First\" culture by enforcing strict adherence to safety, environmental, and government regulations. Own the Permit to Work application process and ensure all site activities meet legal and industry standards. Oversee daily production schedules to ensure targets are met safely, efficiently, and within budget. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)—including throughput, yield, and asset reliability—to drive operational excellence. Manage the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime. Ensure facility infrastructure and utilities reliably support continuous production requirements. Partner closely with the Central Maintenance team during scheduled turnarounds and unscheduled repairs. Collaborate on troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve complex technical issues. Lead and mentor a diverse field team of Production Operators and Maintenance Technicians. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training to build a high-performing, multi-skilled workforce. Foster a \"One Team\" mentality by breaking down silos between production and maintenance teams, ensuring seamless communication and shared goals for asset performance. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies and implementing strategies to optimize plant performance and reduce waste. Support the Commercial team by providing operational expertise during client meetings. assist in addressing customer technical inquiries and demonstrating reliable supply capabilities. Manage the overall facility infrastructure, ensuring that all utility systems (power, water, air) are functioning optimally to support the gas pipeline networks and production units. Monitor operational costs against the budget, optimizing resource allocation for maintenance and production activities to ensure financial efficiency without compromising safety or quality.

Are you a MATCH? A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical). A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or utility environment, including at least 3 years in a maintenance supervisory or leadership role. In-depth knowledge of Industrial Gas Equipment is essential, specifically regarding high-pressure systems, cryogenic storage technologies, and gas distribution networks. Proficiency in CMMS and ERP software, combined with the advanced ability to interpret and review technical documentation, P&IDs, and engineering drawings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster a collaborative culture. Possess excellent communication skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in cost management and budgeting.
