What We’re Hiring For We’re hiring a

Technical Lead

to drive the architecture, engineering execution, and continuous evolution of the

digital onboarding

and KYC/AML platform.

Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of digital onboarding systems including

KYC, AML, identity verification and customer screening. Build scalable, secure, cloud‑native microservices.

Required Experience 8+ years in software engineering with

Java. Microservices expertise and strong software architecture experience. Background in

digital banking, fintech, payments , or other regulated industries. Experience with

digital onboarding (KYC/AML, Identity Verification) Ability to relocate onsite to the UAE (relocation package + visa included).
