We’re looking for a

Sr. Business Strategy Associate

to support the execution of growth strategies across our brands. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in planning promotions, managing product visibility, supporting product development, and ensuring daily brand operations run smoothly. You’ll work cross-functionally with Revenue, Product, R&D, and Marketing teams—turning insights into action and making a real impact on how our products perform in the market.

What You’ll Do Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns and drive initiatives to boost sales performance. Manage daily brand operations, including product listings, visuals (thumbnails), and SKU information accuracy. Monitor ongoing projects and escalate issues or risks early to supervisors with clear visibility. Take full ownership of assigned product or brand categories and deliver consistent, high-quality work. Apply the Commercial Framework to improve product and channel strategies across your brands. Proactively identify challenges and find practical solutions—acting with a problem-solving mindset. Conduct market research, analyze trends and competitors to discover new product opportunities. Analyze customer feedback and product data to generate insights and drive improvement projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Ops, Revenue, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of product development initiatives. Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure operational accuracy and task completion.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Min 2 years of experience in revenue, brand, or product strategy roles—ideally in F&B, retail, or consumer-focused industries. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines and work across departments. Data-driven mindset—you’re confident interpreting numbers and turning them into actions. Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and consistency in execution. A proactive team player who takes initiative, owns responsibilities, and seeks out better ways of working. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to long-term strategic projects.
