Qualifications Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably in 4 or 5 star hotel Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivated and develop staff Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue and brand visibility Analytical mindset with a strong focus sales growth, market trends, and revenue optimization Proficiency in using VHP Systems for operational and reporting purposes
