Assistant Affiliate & Livestream Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit, engage, and activate affiliates on TikTok and Shopee. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through ongoing communication, support, and performance insights. Manage affiliate groups and communities to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and high engagement. Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to plan and execute affiliate-driven campaigns aligned with brand objectives. Oversee livestream calendar—plan, coordinate, and execute engaging sessions across platforms. Monitor affiliate and livestream performance metrics; provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. Stay ahead of trends in beauty, affiliate tools, competitor activities, and platform features to optimize strategies and discover new opportunities. Ensure accurate payout processing and promo code tracking for affiliates. Lead and mentor a small team of affiliate/KOL specialists and livestream hosts to achieve performance goals. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience (4+ years)

in affiliate marketing and livestreaming, preferably on TikTok and Shopee. Strong leadership skills

with the ability to guide and motivate a small team. Hands‑on expertise

in OBS Studio and livestreaming setup and operations. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

to manage creators and stakeholders effectively. Analytical mindset

with proficiency in tracking KPIs, generating reports, and using data to drive decisions. Creative and trend‑savvy , especially in beauty and e‑commerce; able to adapt quickly to platform updates and market changes. Detail‑oriented and highly organized , ensuring smooth campaign execution and accurate financial processes. Fluent in English

and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
