The Konkret Lombok is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Revenue Coordinator to join our dynamic team and drive our revenue growth strategies. If you have a proven track record in hotel sales, a strong network in Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and expertise in revenue management, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities Strategically manage and optimize the hotel's presence, performance, and rate parity across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). Develop and maintain extensive network and strong professional relationships within key OTAs and online distribution channels. Implement and manage the mapping of rates, inventory, and promotions strictly based on the hotel's Revenue Management policy and strategy. Actively manage relationships and sales with offline travel agencies and wholesale partners. Generate accurate sales reports, conduct market analysis, and provide insights to the General Manager. Work closely with the Reservations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotional strategies.

Essential Requirements Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Sales or Revenue roles within a 4-5 star hotel environment. Proven ability to manage and maintain strong working relationships with OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.). Demonstrable expertise in mapping rates and inventory across various distribution channels based on a structured Revenue Management policy. A strong existing network and working relationship with local and regional travel agencies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

General Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets. Willingness to relocate to/work in Lombok.
