Senior Commissioning Manager

The Senior Commissioning Manager will oversee commissioning activities for a major data center development in Jakarta. This position requires strong technical understanding, multi‑stakeholder coordination, and proven experience delivering complex commissioning programs.

Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end commissioning delivery across Cx Levels 1–5/6, including mechanical, electrical, and controls systems. Plan, manage, and track the overall commissioning schedule, budget, manpower, and progress to ensure timely completion. Review all commissioning documentation, including scripts, procedures, drawings, sequences, and test plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Manage commissioning readiness, testing, verification, troubleshooting, and close‑out activities to meet industry and client standards. Identify technical issues, propose corrective actions, and coordinate solutions with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Lead site coordination meetings and act as the primary point of contact with senior project stakeholders. Supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks to a commissioning team of 15–20 personnel (expanding to ~30), ensuring clear communication and accountability. Coordinate closely with local and regional project teams, contractors, and external partners to maintain smooth project execution. Enforce strict compliance with all site Health & Safety policies, ensuring safe work practices and complete documentation. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date commissioning logs, trackers, progress reports, and meeting minutes for internal and client reporting. Support commercial governance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements. Assist in integrating future project functions such as Planning, Scheduling, and Document Control as the program expands.

Candidate Profile 8+ years of data center commissioning experience (hyperscale or colocation). Strong understanding of Cx Levels 1–5/6 and commissioning workflows. At least 5 years of relevant industry experience (contractual requirement). Ability to lead meetings and manage senior stakeholders. Strong organisational and program management skills. Experience reviewing drawings, sequences of operation, and test scripts. Ability to work in Indonesia for the full duration of the contract.
