Requirements
Wiling to hybrid working from PIK 2, Jakarta Utara.
Has 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, health, or wellness industries
Confident communicator and comfortable presenting in front of founders, CEOs, or international clients
Fluent in Bahasa & English (written and verbal)
Familiar with premium skincare or cosmetics industry trends
Independent, self-organized, and enjoys achieving targets
Has experience attending/hosting expos, brand events, or industry networking
Job Descriptions
Proactively identify and reach out to new leads (retail founders, spa/hotel buyers, overseas clients)
Conduct engaging sales consultations (online/offline)
Qualify serious clients and filter out small-batch or hobbyist leads with empathy and professionalism
Present company's labwork offerings clearly, aligned with client vision
Prepare proposals, pricing packages, and close sampling deals
Work closely with internal teams (R&D, PPIC, Regulatory) to ensure smooth handover and timelines
Maintain client and lead tracking in CRM or internal systems
Attend and host company events (e.g. founder gatherings, expos, sampling day, product launches)
Represent company professionally, both in dress, manner, and language
Report weekly on pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue progress
Stay updated on skincare trends, packaging, and competitor offerings
