HR SENIOR MANDARIN
As a core HR role in the Indonesia team, you will support and develop 200+ local employees and act as a partner to management and business leaders.
Responsibilities
Organization & Workforce Management
Support the localization and implementation of group HR policies and organizational systems.
Assist in organizational structure design, workforce planning, and headcount control for Indonesia.
Work with managers on job descriptions, role clarification, and optimization of responsibilities.
Recruitment
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and feedback follow-up.
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and improve quality of hire.
Support employer branding and talent pipeline building for key positions.
Training & Talent Development
Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees and ensure smooth integration.
Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA), basic training programs, and tracking of training records.
Assist in simple career path and talent development initiatives for local staff.
Performance Management & Promotion
Support the implementation of performance review cycles, data collection, and documentation.
Coordinate performance discussions, feedback communication, and follow-up actions (reward, development, promotion recommendations).
HR Administration & Employee Relations
Handle daily HR administration: contracts, personnel files, attendance, HR letters, and HRIS data updates.
Support employee relations matters, basic grievance handling, and communication between employees and management.
Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor law and company policies.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in
Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration , or related field.
Experience
1–3 years
of relevant HR experience, preferably as
HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Officer
in a corporate environment.
Language Skills
English:
fluent (spoken and written)
Mandarin:
conversational level is an advantage for communication with regional/China counterparts.
Technical Skills
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable working with HRIS or other HR systems.
Strong learning agility; able to quickly understand new business and HR concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust between employees and management.
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ownership; willing to take on bigger roles in a growing organization.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
