Job Details Medical Assistant/ LPN Openings – OKC Metro

4 ½ day work week – Friday afternoons off!

Primary Health Partners is a patient focused, family medicine practice that is committed to changing the healthcare experience for our patients. As we grow we are looking for Medical Assistants, LPN’s and RN's to provide exceptional care under the supervision of a board certified physician. Ideal candidates will be strong and enthusiastic communicators, have a positive and empathetic personality, and love working in a team environment. Our model of care allows for our staff to see fewer patients with longer appointments, and encourages building longlasting relationships with our patients.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Prepares patients for examination and or treatments

Rooms patients, collects patient history/takes vitals

Performs Phlebotomy draws and work with DLO program

Administers injections/assist with office based procedures

Dispenses in-house pharmacy medications

Accurate charting and documentation in EMR

Creates referrals and pre-authorizations

Works with Vaxcare and follows vaccination policy

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited licensed Nursing Program or Medical Assisting program

Certifications: Current BLS Certification, or willing to renew

Experience: 2+ years working as an MA or LPN/RN in a clinic setting is strongly preferred. Pharmacy experience or Lab experience is encouraged.

Physical Demands

This position is primarily sedentary but does allow some standing and moving throughout the day

Light lifting, up to 20 lbs

Some twisting, turning, reaching, stooping or kneeling

Working in medical clinics with some travel between locations
