Front Office Manager
About The Role
Manage all front office operations, including check-in / check-out procedures, reservations, and guest services
Handle guest complaints if they have not been dealt with by team members and provides a rapid solution
Collaborate with operation manager in creating a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of department / hotel
Ensure the All Accor loyalty program is promoted to guests
Your Experience And Skills Include
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a same level or role
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details
Fluency in multiple language is a plus (Chinese, Arabic)
