About the Team
The Enterprise Accounts Management and Operations (EAMO) team works closely with financial institutions and corporate clients to design and manage cross‑border payment solutions that support various payments use cases.
SentBe is expanding its overseas operations capabilities, with Jakarta playing a key role in supporting our global payments business.
About the Role
As a Payment Operations Associate, you will be one of the early members of this growing operations team. In addition to supporting day‑to‑day payment operations, you will help establish and improve processes, workflows, and controls as the team scales. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys hands‑on operational work while also contributing ideas to build a strong and reliable operations foundation.

Responsibilities
Monitor real‑time payment SLAs and support timely resolution of operational issues.
Respond to client and partner inquiries, providing accurate status updates and follow‑ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on routing updates, service issues, and escalations.
Prepare and maintain operational and performance reports.
Support funding coordination and maintain accurate operational configurations.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation as the overseas operations team grows.
What We’re Looking For
0–5 years of experience in operations, customer support, payments, or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with live transactions and data.
Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to stay organised and perform well in time‑sensitive operational environments.
Proactive mindset with willingness to help build and improve processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience in payments, fintech operations, or financial services.
Familiarity with bank transfers, transaction routing, or partner coordination.
Prior exposure to SLA monitoring, incident handling, or operational reporting.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets or simple operational dashboards.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, finance, compliance).
Working Schedule
This role follows a rotating shift schedule to support global payment operations.
The current schedule consists of five shifts per week, including:
Two weekday shifts from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Two weekday shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
One weekend shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The shift arrangement reflects current operational needs and can be discussed and reviewed over time as the team and coverage model evolve.
