Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of corporate creative materials that are visually compelling and support patient decision-making.
Review and approve unit-level designs to ensure professionalism, credibility, and brand consistency.
Coordinate with brand agencies and freelance designers to deliver key visual assets aligned with campaign and lead-generation needs.
Oversee website visual presentation and product layout to enhance engagement and transaction intent.
Provide creative support for CRM communication assets (e-newsletters, messaging materials).
Ensure consistent visual identity across all patient touchpoints.
Manage and organize creative asset library for efficient promotional use.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in brand or creative roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional, and brand-consistent design.
Solid understanding of brand identity and visual standards.
Experience working with agencies and managing stakeholders.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and brand-driven mindset.
