Ensuring smooth operations across reception, storage, shipment, and becoming proficient in inventory management. Optimizing warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline workflow. Maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring no shortages or excess, and keeping the warehouse secure and efficient. Ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high-quality standards for all goods. Job Requirements

College degree in logistics or a related field is preferred. At least 3 years of warehouse experience, with expertise in optimizing large warehouses. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other software are second nature to you. You are a master at planning and optimizing warehouse layouts. Keeping things organized and on schedule is your strength. You can communicate clearly and lead a team. You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Mandarin and Indonesian are required, with a basic understanding of English being a plus.
