Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a marketing automation specialist to manage and scale the automation and CRM processes for global B2B clients. You will play a key role in lead qualification, lifecycle marketing, and revenue-focused automation across the funnel.

About the Role As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automated marketing workflows that drive qualified leads and support sales teams. You’ll work closely with the client and marketing team to improve conversion, engagement, and customer lifecycle performance.

What You Will Do

Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM integrations

Build automated workflows, triggers, and lead scoring models

Segment audiences and personalize campaigns across the full funnel

Support lead qualification and handoff between marketing and sales

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance

Prepare and create campaign content, including copywriting and visual assets, in collaboration with design team

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Gohighlevel)

Knowledge of B2B SaaS funnels and customer lifecycle management

Digital marketing experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads, copywriting)

Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier

Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Lemlist and Waalaxy

Web and funnel-building skills such as Perspective

Basic technical skills (HTML/CSS and Office)

Nice to Have

Experience working with international or global clients

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on optimization and growth
