Position: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) – LATAM
We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and organized professional to represent a US/UK University in LATAM. The successful candidate will lead targeted enrollment growth, expand B2B recruitment channels, enhance partner satisfaction, and serve as a liaison between the University and external recruitment partners (education agents). This is a hands-on, field-focused role with significant travel and stakeholder coordination.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Compensation: USD 13,200 – 17,760 annually
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Expand international B2B recruitment channels and execute strategic marketing and recruitment plans across assigned LATAM regions.
Leverage and grow an existing strong B2B agent network to drive enrollment growth.
Identify, onboard, and develop new education recruitment partners.
Participate in education fairs and industry events to promote the University and strengthen brand visibility.
Deliver presentations to recruitment partners and prospective students; manage inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Conduct high-volume partner engagement (minimum 5–8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners and counselors on admission processes, programs, and institutional strengths.
Plan and execute regional webinars, seminars, and partner training sessions.
Monitor partner performance to ensure alignment with semester enrollment targets.
Maintain strong relationships with internal University stakeholders, including Recruitment and Admissions teams.
Provide market intelligence on regional trends and competitor activity to leadership.
What You Bring to the Table:
3–8 years of experience representing a university in international markets.
Must have a strong, active B2B education agent network within LATAM.
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or international student recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of enrollment funnels and partner-driven recruitment models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel extensively (15–20 working days per month).
