Role Description This is a Contract, on-board position based in PGN FSRU LAMPUNG for an Electro-Technical Officer. The selected candidate will handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and electronic equipment on board. Key tasks include overseeing machinery systems, ensuring the proper functioning of automated control systems, performing equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Collaboration with other technical teams and the supervision of electrical operations are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems, such as control systems, power management, and automation equipment.

Skilled in maintaining and operating machinery, power distribution systems, and associated equipment.

Experienced in conducting inspections, safety checks, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams on-site.

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant maritime certifications (e.g., STCW Certificate for Electro-Technical Officer) are mandatory.

Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure in an on-site environment.

Prior experience in the maritime or energy industry is an advantage.
