Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta for a Product Manager specializing in EdTech & AI Solutions at Straitpoint. The Product Manager will be responsible for researching, conceptualizing, and executing product strategies to align with the organization's goals. They will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, oversee product roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure the successful development and delivery of innovative education and AI‑focused solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting market analysis, incorporating user feedback, leading product development, and monitoring product performance to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

Knowledge in AI, EdTech, and technology‑driven product innovation

Strong skills in market research, product strategy, and roadmap development

Experience with project management, team collaboration, and stakeholder interaction

Understanding of data analytics, user engagement metrics, and performance measurement

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product lifecycle management

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or a related field

Previous experience in product management or a similar role in an EdTech or AI‑focused organization is a plus

Passion for education technology and the ability to identify innovative opportunities

About the Role We’re looking for a

Product Manager

who will own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, users, and the engineering team to deliver impactful solutions for parents and early childhood education.

What You’ll Do ✅ Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company OKRs

✅ Conduct user research with parents and early childhood education experts

✅ Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications

✅ Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder demos

✅ Monitor key metrics: user engagement, story generation success rate, retention

✅ Manage beta testing programs and analyze user feedback

What We’re Looking For ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

✔ 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer apps or EdTech

✔ Strong understanding of AI/ML product development

✔ Experience with child‑focused products and compliance requirements is a strong plus

✔ Proficiency in analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and product management software (JIRA, Asana)

✔

Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies preferred
