This position will be placed for PT iForte Solusi Infotek
What You Will Do
Build a professional relationship continuously with existing clients by intense communication, supporting activities that are needed, etc. in order to maintain existing client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
Perform intense communication with existing clients to explore any possibilities of business enlargement and collaborate with the sales team to follow up.
Explore new business opportunities by gathering information from any resources and collaborating with the sales team.
Provide the best service from end to end, including resolving any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as part of after‑sales services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare periodic reports to provide updates on progress and ensure all issues can be solved. Provide recommendation analysis to ensure targets are achieved.
Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by coordinating with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational running.
What You Will Need
Minimum 4‑6 years in the same field.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Product knowledge.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Customer‑oriented.
Positive, can‑do attitude, well‑organized and extremely detail‑oriented.
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑centric teamwork environment.
Reporting management.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
