Sr. KOL Specialist

Identify, research, and establish relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers in the Beauty and Lifestyle space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and values. Create compelling content concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and showcase our brand in an authentic and engaging manner. Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from negotiation and contract agreements to content approval and performance analysis. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative influencer strategies. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on social media platform algorithms, best practices, and content formats to maximize the reach and impact of influencer content. Handle marketplace campaign (Pay Date, Twin Date, etc)

Requirements 3-4 years of proven experience in KOL management within the beauty industry Proven experience in managing KOL and affiliate partnership (barter values) Hands-on experience in organizing and managing marketplace campaigns (Pay Date, Twin Date, etc)
