Job Description
A. Align HR and Sales to meet business needs, including HC planning and manpower strategy.
Support Sales Managers in people development to achieve targets.
B. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles.
Execute sales onboarding covering product, area, and SOP.
C. Performance Management
Manage sales KPIs, targets, and monthly performance reviews.
Identify low performers and provide improvement support.
Ensure accurate attendance, overtime, incentives, and allowances.
Review and recommend commission/incentive schemes as needed.
E. Employee Relations
Manage communication on sales operational and employee issues.
Handle resignations, exit interviews, and turnover analysis.
F. HR Reporting
Prepare key HR and sales-related reports.
Provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3โ5 years of HR experience, preferably handling Sales / Commercial teams.
Strong understanding of sales structure, KPI, incentive schemes, and manpower planning.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for sales roles.
Familiar with performance management, employee relations, and HR reporting.
Good communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems; data-driven mindset.
